My OTOLARYNGOLOGY appt SGH

Hearing test is done. Age related deafness is there. Nothing wrong.

My inner ear crystals are dislodged. So they put them into place. Vertigo. The right side.
Any brain activity can dislodge it.
Have to do physio exercises. 
Don't have any head movements n jerks.

Stronger. Skin texture.  Milia etc Vit a - use for night. Daytime- little bit difficult.  Better to use in the night. Milia - face. Vita A - to get rid of it. C...
