4. Another xray sgh lvl5 Thyroxine 

5. Nurse - covid 19 tests Nd height weight 68.8kg
6. Physiotherapy  talk. Breathing. Machine and so forth.
Computer. 
Walking . How long. Steminar.
500metres. Stop.
Stairs outside 
Your legs should have to strengthen to go up.
Any joint pain -- no.
After the operation, 
Icu - the therapist will start to see you in the icu.
Usually it will be the next day. Bed side.
Set your lungs - issue some breathing exercises. 
Breathing machine -- mouth --
Spirometer for you. Deep breathing exercises. 
Day to day progression and advise you from there.
The higher that you are able to do, the better your lungs will be.
There will be a teamer at the bedside for wound support. 
Supporting it - when you are uncomfortable. 
Walker -- first 
Increasing your walking distance- 
Icu - high dependency  - all the way into the general ward. 
Ultimate aim - is to get you to your current level of independence.  - to walk around independently on your own  - before the doctor will discharge you from your hospital stay.
Walk shower- all stand up.  

7. Then talk on TV- how to go about the operation.
Groin bacteria  -- covid.

8. Consultation with doctor. All ok.
Scan results Are not out yet. Dont think it would be an issue. 
Ultra sound reports , Hiv test is ok
Other then that - then ok.
Thyroid- recently adjusted the dosage.
Renal panel ok
Hbrc is ok
Saturation signs , fec - is ok also.
Iron
Your red cell count is good. 
Discomfort,  heart pain? Heart beat fast? No.
Clopidrogril  - stop tomorrow. 
Mestinon- mysthenia gravis  - continue. 
500 metres. Slow down.
Osa- cpap.
Obstructive sleep apnea.
Mask - resmed.
Dental. Check up
Neck - can move.ok.
Lung heart.
One day before the operation.  21st -- 22nd
Scan. Hiv test-- later can.
 



8 appointments between 8.00am and 11.30am !!

Neurology 
Dental clinic 
Then check-in hospital.
