No need breathing machine -
Your valve has a lot of calcium around. 
To put the valve in - is quite difficult. 
After the surgery, heart function is 30pr cent or 35per cent
Which is acceptable because your heart leak is quote some time already. Heart was enlarged. 
Usually when you take aWay the leak, the injection section will drop. 
But viral infection or what? 
Echo - one year's time. - we will need to see how the function is.

If echo is no good n you keep going to heart failure , then you need medicines 

Echo - the valve is fine. 
One years. Time -listen to the echo - n then you are fine.
