Back pain exercises 


2 exercises 
Pulling your shoulder. Up.
Stand up n bend shoulder up. 
As long as you tolerate. 
Familiar with this movement. 

This one with resistance. Dumbbells or rubber band
This - stroke - you will need to built it up. Weakness here. 
Need a month to improve. 
Light - no feeling of heaviness- 
10 or 20 times --
