Cardio doctor saw me.
Extra heart beats.
1. Heart was a little bit swollen. Pressure dilate. 
It has come down quite nicely.  - 5%
Hence it's not the root cause for heart dilating. 
Hence - it will be contributing. 
Early on - she was born with leaky valve. Micro valve is quite leaking. Leakage is stable but moderate. Severe but rather moderate. 
Not extremely high. No need to do surgery.
2. Need to put mask for sleeping.  Breathing machine.  It helps decrease the lung pressure- down ward trend. 
Heart is under stress.  But it's stable. 

So, go slow.
