An Uncommon Genius

The doctor started the exercise regimen. Exercise slowly. Dont take Extra weight on muscles. Don't take it. Do it slowly.  6000 steps is ok.  She read the blog. She was ok. Ck level is neurology side. Back stretches remain  difficult.  Doctor refers me to the SGH REHABILITATION MEDICINE  17/11/22 Thursday.  But she says the range of the arm movement is ok.  Just the back stretches against the right arm. Speech therapy- I told her the whole story. About the last speech therapist. Doctor said she knows private clinic -  I said no. My daughters are with me. So.... Music therapy. I am ok with this.  Past medicines - throw away.

I am getting better.  Held tandem pose for 30 seconds.  Other new exercises : See you in 6 weeks time. 

Cardio doctor saw me. Extra heart beats. 1. Heart was a little bit swollen. Pressure dilate.  It has come down quite nicely.  - 5% Hence it's not the root cause for heart dilating.  Hence - it will be contributing.  Early on - she was born with leaky valve. Micro valve is quite leaking. Leakage is stable but moderate. Severe but rather moderate.  Not extremely high. No need to do surgery. 2. Need to put mask for sleeping.  Breathing machine.  It helps decrease the lung pressure- down ward trend.  Heart is under stress.  But it's stable.  So, go slow.

Pishu's back from Milan on 10th. He has got a flu. 11th - Soni from Hong Kong came.

I had 2 cardiovascular tests. The professor says - oh you had a stroke! Then the doctor will see to you! Holter ECG recorder. Need to take out tomorrow. 

Papa went to Milan. His customer is there for meeting with suppliers.  I miss Milan!!

Pishu and I,  were supposed to go to Kuala Lumpur.  Pishu had so many customers to see too. Keshav said that he and Renu said they will come and shop. And more! Bala Ramesh and ashok said that they will come to JB and they will have lunch with us in JB. Ramesh and Bala leave at 6.00am. But papa and I leave earlier. And Keshav and Renu. There was no crowd and until lunch time, there was so many hours, so papa said the Johor outlets shopping were there.  So we went ahead. We split up. Papa and I  - went to lululemon.  Renu and Keshav- somewhere else.  I picked up my pants - which I didn't see in i12 A beige brown. I was happy!  Keshav and Renu made no purchase.  But then, keshav and Renu are going to London bicester village on Saturday,  and shop till you drop! Soooooo.. Ev charging takes longer than the petrol charging!  There were 2 stops for ev.  There was jam in the north south highway! Lunch was ok. Bala is good company.  No pictures for lunch.
