Ready for surgery. Thymectamy -  Neurology -  Well controlled mysthenia gravis? Breathless - tired very fast. Neurology didn't think it was the mysthenia gravis issue?  I said - check with the neurologist.  Cardiologist  Blood vessel is ok. Not blocked. how much is the leakage ? Your valve is affected by the pneumatic process  Valve is harden and its not closing properly.  Balloon?  No other procedure.  Heart is very big? Long time. No space for the lungs - chest.  Big procedure.  One more CT scan - xray dye  spirometry Neurologist  Heart surgery,  First thing we see is the thymus.  No thymus  - then very difficult.  Thymus is used to cover the important structure of the heart. The vein that is there in the heart -- might burst. No thymus! CT scan -- are you prepared to go for CT scan. Surgery ok? Neurology? 16 Oct. 1 month time. Surgery.  Danger  5%  breathing machine for that time Leakage is how much? Severe  !!! Mild moderate severe.  It's severe - for mine.

July 17th Sleep appointment  Generally- not too bad. Sleep apnea - looks good. Mask - 1 year ago- age  Gets to have new mask.  Right now- it seems to be ok. After heart biopsy,  you should change it. It's does tend to be higher . But 18 months - try to change mask. Cpap Sleep data mask - talk 18th July.  Leakage - straps too old Mask - leakage coming out around your nose,  nostrils. But this mask- is known to gave leakage.  Nit as secure as the other masks. The straps may not be as tight as other masks. Does the leakage bother you when you sleep?  Slightly high. Not very high. Only slightly high.  Surgery -  1 year- mask. Heart surgery after. Velcro. Opening . Dry mouth. Unconscious.  Shut your mouth when you sleep.  As your sleep,  Micropore tape. Shuts your mouth when you sleep. I purchased it from the pharmacist.  Data -- says ok. Every thing is good 

On the 3rd July,  there is a call from the nurse to say tomorrow is the appointment.  You know huh. You know huh  - was what she said to me.
