10th March- my husband's birthday. 

It started off with my cardio's followup. At 10.30am. Dr Paul Lim.
And it's a surprise. 
My Resmed breathing machine has done me wonders. Dr. Chiong Yi had reminded me, in January, that the breathing machine is compulsory for me!! So, I follow suit and My Resmed breathing machine is in action.
January 17th up to now.
The cardio doctor is impressed with the result of this halter and the  heart beats. 
No increase in dosage of any existing medications!!
Sunita, Sonam, Papa and I were there.

September is my next follow-up with my cardio. The Halter and the heart beats. And the follow-up. Until then, Resmed all the way.
